Madrona Fialho advises on the acquisition of GAtec by Senior
Madrona Fialho advised GAtec Gestão Agroindustrial, which was acquired by Senior Sistemas. The transaction consolidates Senior’s position as an agribusiness service provider. As for GATec, the access to Senior’s platform provides a fundamental leverage to growth.
The value of the transaction is BRL 49,800,000.00.
