Madrona Fialho and Cescon Barrieu advise on Valora issue

Madrona Fialho Advogados and Cescon Barrieu advised on the public offering of the seventh issuance of the single quota class of Valora CRI CDI Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII in the total amount of BRL R$ 108.891.271,00 conducted under CVM 160.

XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acted as the offering’s lead underwriter. The public offer was destinated exclusively to professional investors.
