Madrona Fialho and Lefosse on the acquisition of shares by Brasol
Madrona Fialho and Lefosse advised on the acquisition by Brasol of all shares issued by an energy generation and trading company that holds all quotas issued by Oiti Geração and Paineira Geração and, consequently, the assets and rights related to 20 distributed photovoltaic solar energy generation projects located in the states of Goiás, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso and in the Federal District, currently held by BC Energia. Such projects are fully developed and operational.
