Madrona Fialho assists Banco PAN in investment round
Madrona Fialho Advogados assisted Banco PAN, through a group investment holding company, in the implementation of an investment round in Favela Soluções Financeiras, a company whose purpose is the development of a platform to provide members and residents of underserved communities access to banking services.
The platform offers basic banking and financial services that facilitate individual financial management and enable the operation of small businesses.
