MAFM Advogados announces the arrival of a new partner
Murayama, Affonso Ferreira e Mota Advogados announces the arrival of Mayra Mega Itaborahy (pictured) as a new partner at the firm. With more than 20 years’ experience in both corporate legal departments and large law firms, Mayra strengthens the areas of Corporate Law, National and International Contracts, and Copyright, Entertainment and Digital Rights.
Throughout her career, Mayra has built a solid track record in infrastructure projects, greenfield and expansion, construction, ports and the maritime sector, new business, due diligence and international negotiations. In addition, since 2008, she has focused on Copyright, Entertainment and Digital Rights, advising clients in the entertainment and technology industry on strategic and complex demands.
With a strong academic background, Mayra has a degree in Law from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES), an MBA in International Business and Foreign Trade from FGV, as well as postgraduate degrees in Tax Law from IBET and in Entertainment and Digital Media Law from UERJ and Rede Daltro.
