MAMG Advogados has a new partner

MAMG Advogados has expanded its team of partners with the promotion of Amanda Federico Lopes Fernandes (pictured).

With this, the firm reaches gender equity in its partners’ roster with 5 women and 5 men.

Amanda works in the area of dispute resolution and prevention, especially involving arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and dispute system design (DSD).

Amanda holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), is a professor in the post-graduation course at FGV Direito SP, a certified mediator by the Mediation and Arbitration Institute of Brazil (IMAB) and author of the book Justiça Consensual, published by Almedina, result of her Master’s dissertation.
