Manassero and Freitas Ferraz advise on the acquisition of Gasola
Manassero Advogados and Freitas Ferraz advised on the transaction involving the acquisition of Gasola, a startup focused on the management and automation of fuel purchases for freight carriers, by Nstech, a Brazilian technology giant for the supply chain sector. The transaction includes a cash component and an exchange of shares.
This transaction, Nstech’s 36th in just over four years, is the company’s first in 2025 and reinforces its strategy of building the most comprehensive logistics solutions ecosystem in Latin America.
Freitas Ferraz Advogados advised the sellers, and relied on led partner Bernardo Freitas (pictured left), associates Pedro Vidigal and Bruna Frasson, and trainee João Marcelo Gurgel, representing the Corporate and M&A team, supported by partner Thiago Braichi and associates Romero Marinho and Marina Guimarães, representing the tax team.
The buyer was represented by Manassero Advogados, led by Felipe Hupsel and Clara Montanha Basso, as well as in-house lawyers Mariana Klein Trompowsky and Thomas Rodrigues Leite.
