Maneira advise Casa Verde on the acquisition of Morro Agudo
Maneira Advogados advised Casa Verde Holding on the acquisition of the Morro Agudo Complex, located in Minas Gerais.
The complex belonged to Nexa Resources and was sold for R$ 80 million. With the acquisition, the Casa Verde holding company now controls the Morro Agudo and Ambrósia mines, which will be converted into a limestone production complex. The acquisition includes all assets, real estate, mining rights, equipment and inventories related to the Morro Agudo Complex (except assets related to the Bonsucesso project).
The closing of the transaction should take place by the third quarter and still depends on the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent.
