Marina arrives to strengthen the firm’s work in the sector, adding value with her vast experience and strategic vision, especially in regulatory and renewable energy projects. Marina is nationally recognized for her work in energy law and is one of the leading experts in the electricity sector, elected in 2023 as one of the most influential personalities in the energy field. She is currently a postgraduate professor at PUC and the legal director of the National Institute for Clean Energy (INEL), as well as acting as president of the Energy Commission of the Minas Gerais Bar Association. Her career includes high-impact international experiences, such as participating in renewable energy missions in Germany and the United States, reflecting her commitment to sustainability and the development of a clean, modern and efficient energy matrix.
Throughout her career, Marina has also contributed to the sector as former Superintendent of Energy Policy for the State of Minas Gerais, former Executive Secretary of the Minas Gerais Oil and Gas Committee and advisor to the Environmental Policy Council (COPAM). The author of three books on energy law, Marina is a professional who combines technical and strategic knowledge, which will be essential for the development of our practice and for meeting the increasingly complex and diverse demands of our clients, especially in the energy area.
