Marcelo Tostes Advogados reinforces its team with the arrival of Hudson Couto, lawyer, accountant and master in Business Law. With 26 years of professional experience, he has worked as a legal executive in the areas of Compliance, Risk and Crisis management in companies of logistics, electric energy, steel, mining and forestry.
The new partner has expertise in Business Law and Civil Procedural Law from Fundação Educacional Monsenhor Messias, an International Executive MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and an American MBA from Ohio University in the United States. He also holds a post-graduate degree in business management from Fundação Dom Cabral, and is a member of the governance, management, and compliance committee of Cruzeiro Esporte Clube.
