Marcus Valverde advise Kortex Ventures in investment in Biologix

Marcus Valverde Sociedade de Advogados advised Kortex Ventures, which led an investment in Biologix, a pioneering company in the development of sleep quality tests.

The BRL 6 million investment included Grupo Fleury, Grupo Sabin and Bradesco Seguros. The round also included Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, which was already an investor and carried out a follow-on.

Marcus Valverde Sociedade de Advogados advised Kortex and included partner Marcus Valverde (pictured) and associate Henry Leite.
