Martínez and Simpson Thacher in the sale of Neoris to EPAM
Martínez Quintero Mendoza González Laguado & De La Rosa has advised Advent International, and Simpson Thacher advised Neoris and its shareholders, on the sale of Neoris to EPAM Systems.
The acquisition, which is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024, is subject to customary closing conditions, including approval from the Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica (COFECE) in Mexico and the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio in Colombia.
The acquisition will enhance EPAM’s delivery capabilities in Latin America and Europe, further increasing customer value in key industries.
This transaction involved the jurisdictions of Colombia, Chile, Spain, Argentina, Peru and Mexico. Orrick advised EPAM; Creel García-Cuéllar Aiza y Enríquez, DLA Piper, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and Pérez-Llorca also advised Neoris and its shareholders; and Canaccord Genuity acted as financial advisor.
