Martínez Quintero Mendoza González Laguado & De La Rosa acts on $250M infrastructure investment
Martínez Quintero Mendoza González Laguado & De La Rosa has advised Visum Capital on the execution of an agreement with Yellowstone for a joint investment in infrastructure assets. The transaction, valued at approximately USD 250 million, closed on February 18, 2025, and focuses on the development of logistics centers in Colombia.
The transaction represents a significant move in Colombia’s private equity and infrastructure sectors, combining the expertise of Visum Capital and Yellowstone to invest in and develop A+ logistics centers across the country.
