Marval acts for Dominio del Plata in $35m stake sale

Argentinian law firm Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal acted for local winery Dominio del Plata and its shareholders in the sale of 68.18 per cent of its shares to US private equity fund L Catterton.

Marval’s team was led by partner Gabriel Matarasso and included associates María Josefina Blanco Etchegaray and Eugenio Manzo.
 
Estudio Garrido advised L Catterton with a team led by partners Gustavo Garrido, Raúl Granillo Ocampo, María Marta Cancio and Patricia Maccaferri, with associates Francisco Ruíz Guiñazú, Mariángeles De Cesare, Guillermo Ferrín and Gonzalo Devesa.
