Marval acts in jv between Hiberus and Grupo Clarín
Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as advisor to Hiberus International Ventures, a partnership of Spain’s leading technology company Grupo Hiberus, in the acquisition of 55% of the shares of Hiberus. Thus, it joined as majority shareholder together with local partners Arte Gráfico Editorial Argentino and GC Gestión Compartida, both companies of Grupo Clarín.
The transaction closed on 12 December 2023.
Hiberus aims to be a leading technology consultancy in the country and a development hub to serve the national and regional market.
Marval’s team included partner Pablo Artagaveytia (pictured) and associates Agustina María Giordano and Santiago Cocimano.
