Marval acts in Toyota in Moova financing
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has acted as legal advisor to Toyota Tsusho Corporation in its investment in the latest round of financing raised by the last mile logistics technology company Moova.
Toyota Tsusho Corporation paid approximately USD 3,000,000 of the total USD 5,000,000 received by the company from various investors. The transaction was closed on June 27.
Other firms advising Toyota on the transaction were Fenwick & West in the United States; Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría in Colombia, Chile and Peru; Posadas Posadas & Vecino in Uruguay; and Galicia Abogados in Mexico.
The advice involved a review of the constantly evolving legal and regulatory issues in the different jurisdictions.
