Marval acts in Voii 2 trust securities issuance

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal advisor in the issuance of the second series of trust securities corresponding to the financial trust “Voii”, for a total amount of V/N ARS 1,230,000,000,000.

The issue was made on 29 May 2023 and included senior trust debt securities for V/N ARS 861,000,000 (VDFS); class B trust debt securities for V/N ARS 123,000,000 (VDFB); class C trust debt securities for V/N ARS 123,000,000 (VDFC), and certificates of participation for V/N ARS 123,000,000 (CP).

The National Securities Commission authorised the public offering of these trust securities, which are traded on the Electronic Open Market and listed on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets.

The VDFS, VDFB, VDFC and participation certificates have been rated by FIX SCR rating agent as “raAAA(sf)”, “raAA(sf)”, “raCCC(sf)”, and “raC(sf)”, respectively.

Banco Voii acted as trustee, collection agent, arranger and underwriter, while Asociación Mutual Solidaria acted as trustee, administrator, collection agent and arranger; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) as trustee and issuer; BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, and Banco Mariva as underwriters; and Banco CMF as co-underwriter.
