Marval advises BNP Paribas on YPF loan

Argentinian law firm Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal advised BNP Paribas on the granting of an uncommitted loan facility for up to $50 million for state-owned energy company YPF.

oil pumpThe funds will be applied for the pre-export financing of oil, gas and derivatives, or for YPF imports into Argentina, the law firm said.

Partner Gabriel Matarasso and senior associate Agustina Ranieri were engaged as counsel to YPG, while Francisco L. Gáspari acted as in-house counsel to the energy company.
