Marval advises Globant on NYSE share issuance
Argentina’s Marval O’Farrell Mairal has acted as local counsel to software developer Globant on a share issuance on the New York Stock Exchange.
The company issued 2.3 million shares on the NYSE at a price of $135 per share, with JP Morgan Securities and Goldman Sachs acting as placement agents.
Marval O’Farrell Mairal’s team was led by partners Hernan Slemenson and Fernando Hernández, with associate María Soledad Baratta.
Globant’s in-house legal director Sol Noello and Floriana Libertini also advised on the share issuance.
In the US, DLA Piper advised Globant with a team led by partners Christopher Paci and Stephen Alicanti, with associates Emily Sanders and Andrew Wolf, while the company was advised in Luxembourg by Arendt & Medernach.
