Marval advises IIC on $300m Telecom Argentina loan

Argentinian law firm Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal has acted as legal counsel to the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC), which acted as agent on behalf of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), on a $300 million credit to Telecom Argentina.

Telecom ArgentinaThe funds will be used to finance Telecom’s working capital and other financial needs related to the rollout of its 4G mobile network, and further expansion of its fixed broadband service, the law firm said.
