Marval advises on the sale of a majority stake in Anders Argentina
Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as Argentine legal counsel to Anders Group in the sale of 70% of the share capital of Anders Argentina SRL to Safic-Alcan. The transaction strengthens the French multinational’s expansion in South America and consolidates its regional growth strategy.
Headquartered in Lima, Anders operates across Argentina and several Latin American countries as a distributor of specialty chemicals, ingredients, and industrial equipment.
Marval provided comprehensive legal advice on all local aspects of the transaction.
