Marval and TRSYM assist in issuance of Class 2 Notes

Marval O’Farrell Mairal has assisted Loma Negra Compañía Industrial Argentina in the issuance of Class 2 Notes at a fixed annual nominal interest rate of 6.50%. Tavarone Rovelli Salim & Miani advised the underwriters.

The issue was made on 21 June, under the framework of its programme for the issuance of simple non-convertible negotiable obligations for up to USD 500,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies). The Class 2 Notes mature on 21 December 2025, and were denominated and payable in US dollars for an amount of USD 71,722,774.
