Marval assists in Elebar VIII issue
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has assisted in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the Elebar VIII financial trust -under the Elebar Programme-, for a total amount of V/N ARS 2,220,696,000.
The issue was made on 23 December, and included class A trust debt securities (VDFA) for V/N ARS 2,002,496,000, class B trust debt securities (VDFB) for V/N ARS 151,676,000 and class C trust debt securities (VDFC) for V/N ARS 66,524,000.
The National Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores) authorised the public offering of these trust securities on 13 December for trading on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets.
The VDFA, VDFB and VDFC have been rated ‘A1+sf(arg)’, ‘BBB+sf(arg)’ and ‘BB+sf(arg)’ respectively by FIX SCR, rating agent.
Santa Monica acted as trustee, administrator and collection agent; Banco de Valores acted as trustee, arranger and underwriter; and Provincia Bursátil, First Capital Markets, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones and Banco CMF as underwriters.
