Marval assists Tsingshan in sale of lithium project to Eramet
Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised Eternal Tsingshan Group on the sale of its stake in Eramine Sudamerica for USD $699 million.
Three years after Eternal Tsingshan Group’s initial investment in Eramine Sudamerica, the Argentinean company that holds the mining concessions in the Centenario-Ratones and Arizaro salt flats in Argentina, Eramet bought back 49.9% of Eramine Sudamerica. In doing so, it regained its entire shareholding in the company.
ResourceLaw, in alliance with ReedSmith, advised Eternal Tsingshan on the deal structure and led the transaction for Eternal Tsingshan Group and GIDE LOYRETTE NOUEL, as well as MARTON AGRANATI ALBORES Y ASOCIADOS advising Eramet.
