Marval in new issue of Cohen Notes
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has advised Grupo Cohen in the issuance of class 8 notes denominated and payable in US dollars at a fixed interest rate of 6.25% for a face value of USD $8,909,000.
The issue was made on 9 October, under the framework of its global programme of issuance of negotiable obligations for a nominal value of up to USD 15,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies), and will mature on 9 January 2026.
The Class 8 Notes are listed on the Argentine Stock Exchange and are traded on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico.
Cohen, S&C Inversiones and Rosental acted as placement agents. Cohen acted as settlement agent.
The firm advised Cohen on the increase of the Programme amount, on the update of the Programme prospectus and acted as deal counsel in the issuance of the Class 8 Notes.
