Marval instructed on $11m loan to CTM

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal advised Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and Banco de Corrientes on a $11 million syndicated loan to CTM.

CTM is an agribusiness company and tobacco producer in the Argentine province of Misiones. 

Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires acted as arranger, lender, security agent and administrative agent of the loan while Banco de Corrientes acted as lender. The proceeds of the loan will be used as working capital to increase export capacity.
