Marval instructed on Agrometal notes issue

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal advised Agrometal, the Argentinean agriculture machinery manufacturer, on an issuance of AR$100 million Class I Notes (approximately $6 million) .

The Class I Notes were issued at a floating interest rate of private BADLAR rate plus an applicable margin equivalent to 4,00%, payable quarterly, maturing on November 24, 2018. The notes are listed and traded on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos and negotiated in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico. Class I Notes have been rated “BBB + (arg)”, with a stable outlook, given by the risk rating agency FIX SCR.
