Marval instructed on Isolux sale of wind farm

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal advised Isolux Corsán on the sale of Parque Eolico Loma Blanca, a wind farm in Chubut, Argentina. 

Isolux Corsán focuses on energy,construction and concession of large infrastructure projects throughout the world. The company its wind energy farm in Chubut to Sideli and Sidsel. The price of the transaction, which includes the four phases of the wind farm, amounts to 25 million dollars.

The transaction is part of a global divestment plant launched by Isolux Corsán to restore the financial health of the group.

Partners Santiago Carregal and Juan Manuel Diehl led the Marval team acting for Isolux Corsán.

The buyers, Sideli and Sidsel, instructed Bruchou Fernández Madero & Lombardi.
