Marval instructed on notes issue by Cordial

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal advised Cordial Compañía Financiera and its parent company Banco Supervielle on the former´s $500 million notes issue. 

Supervielle is an Argentinean commercial bank, it acted as arranger on the issue.

Cordial Compañía Financiera is a financial institution founded in 1999. It offers credit cards, cash and consumer loans; and insurance products and services.

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal acted as sole legal advisor of the transaction and partner Roberto E. Silva, Jr led the team.
