Marval O’Farrell Mairal represents Raízen Gas in buyout by Italgas

Marval O´Farrel Mairal has acted for Raízen Gas, an LPG vendor and distributor, on its buyout by Italgas, making the latter one of the main LPG distributors in Argentina. 

The deal, the value of which is confidential, also includes butane and propane gas distribution agreements. The deal is subject to approval by Argentina’s anti-trust authorities.
