Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises on ARS 2.6 billion Elebar IX Trust

Marval O’Farrell Mairal served as legal advisor in the issuance of trust securities for the Elebar IX financial trust, under the Elebar Program, totaling V/N ARS 2,624,235,000. The issuance occurred on February 13, 2025, and included multiple classes of trust debt securities.

The securities included class A trust debt securities (VDFA) for V/N ARS 2,355,504,000, class B trust debt securities (VDFB) for V/N ARS 165,481,000, and class C trust debt securities (VDFC) for V/N ARS 103,250,000. The National Securities Commission authorized the public offering of these trust securities on February 5, 2025, and are traded and listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos.

The VDFA, VDFB, and VDFC have been rated “A1+sf(arg)”, “BBB+sf(arg)”, and “BB+sf(arg)” respectively by FIX SCR SA – rating agency. Santa Mónica acted as trustee, administrator, and collection agent. Banco de Valores served as trustee, arranger, and underwriter, while Provincia Bursátil, First Capital Markets, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, and Banco CMF acted as underwriters.
