Marval announces two new partners
Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal has promoted two associates to partner, María Macarena García Mirri and Guillermo Osorio, and which strengthens the development of the Argentinian law firm’s corporate/M&A and labour and employment practices, the firm said.
“The new partners already have a wealth of experience and are highly specialised in their respective areas of expertise,” the firm said in a statement.
•María Macarena García Mirri specialises in corporate and commercial law, with 14 years of experience. Her expertise includes mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and dispute resolutions. She completed a postgraduate course in Legal Business Advice at the Universidad Católica Argentina, and is currently studying a master’s degree in economy and law at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
Guillermo Matías Osorio is an expert in labour and employment, and has more than 10 years’ experience in the firm. After his graduation from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2007, he took two master’s degrees: one in labour law from the Universidad Católica Argentina, and a second in complex litigation before the Argentininian Supreme Court, at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
He has also taught courses on individual and collective law and labour procedural law for the Asociación Argentina de Derecho del Trabajo y la Seguridad Social.
“Both Macarena and Guillermo have extensive experience in their practice areas and provide the highest standard of professional service.
