Marval represents VIZRT in acquisition of Flowics
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has represented VIZRT, a company in the business of visual storytelling tools for multimedia content creators, in the acquisition of Flowics, advised by Tanoira Cassagne Abogados (TCA).
Flowics is an Argentinean cloud-based platform business for remote and in-studio production of live graphics and interactive content.
Sam Olnen acted as in-house counsel for VIZRT.
Marval’s team included partner Hernán Slemenson (pictured), together with associate Carolina Fiuza and Juan Pablo Lentino.
