Mastropasqua is a new boutique that was born as a legal consultancy – fully digital – focused on developing innovative solutions that add value to the demands proposed by its clients. With a focus on Digital Law and expertise in Digital Innovation, Data Privacy, Venture Capital, Corporate and Contracts.

The new boutique counts on the experience of founding partner Ricardo Mastropasqua (pictured), who has worked in the main law firms in Brazil, working in capital market and M&A transactions.
In the last five years he has expanded his practice, structuring venture capital operations and projects of adequacy and compliance with privacy and data protection laws in technology startups.
