Mattos Engelberg adds real estate partner

Brazilian law firm Mattos Engelberg Advogados announced the additions of Wagner Garcia Botelha as a partner.

Botelha is admitted to practice in Brazil and Portugal and his career includes working at law firms G. Breuer in Argentina and Bureau Francis Lefebvre in France. At Mattos Engelberg, he is tasked with heading the real estate practice group and will contribute to the agribusiness practice.

Prior to joining his new firm, Botelha practiced at Sao Paulo law firm Braga Nascimento e Zilio Advogados.

Mattos Engelberg Advogados was set up in 2016 after the the three-way split of Brazilian firm Mattos Muriel Kestener.
