Mattos Filho Advogados represented Stonepeak LP in US$ 2.7 billion deal with Lumen
Mattos Filho represented Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm that acquired Lumen’s business in Latin America.
Lumen will divest its Latin American business, which will operate as an independent, U.S.-based company, Stonepeak.
