Mattos Filho and Lefosse act on Huaxin’s acquisition of Embu
Mattos Filho advised Huaxin Cement on the acquisition of 100% of the direct and indirect stake in Embu Engenharia e Comércio, one of the largest aggregates companies in the country, which was advised by Lefosse.
The operation involved the acquisition of four quarries located in the state of São Paulo for US$ 186 million and marked the entry of one of the ten largest cement producers in the world into the Brazilian market.
