Mattos Filho advise on Agrogalaxy’s CRA
Mattos Filho advised Agrogalaxy on the public offering, with restricted distribution efforts of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA), in a single series, from the 79th issue of Vert Companhia Securitizadora, backed by agribusiness credit rights originated by means of the issuance of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, in a single series, unsecured, with additional fiduciary guarantee, for private placement, issued by Agrogalaxy Participações in favor of the issuer.
The total amount was R$ 500 million, with Banco BTG Pactual as lead underwriter, and as other underwritters, Banco ABC Brasil, Banco Bradesco BBI, Banco Santander (Brasil), UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários advised by Lobo de Rizzo.
