Mattos Filho advised 3R Petroleum Óleo e Gás S.A. in the restricted public offering of almost 17 million primary shares

The law firm Mattos Filho advised 3R Petroleum Óleo e Gás S.A. in the primary public offering with restricted efforts to place, initially, 16.9 million common shares, all registered, registered and book-entry, with no par value, free and clear of any liens or encumbrances.

The number of shares initially offered was, at the discretion of the company, in agreement with the coordinators of the offer, increased by 35% of the total number of shares initially offered, i.e. by 5.92 million new common shares issued by the company, under the same conditions and at the same price as the shares initially offered.

The Offering had BTG Pactual as the Lead Underwriter and XP Investimentos, Itaú BBA, Credit Suisse and Genial Investimentos as the Underwriters The total amount is R$ 822.798.000,00.
