Mattos Filho advises 3R Petroleum on $112m IPO

Mattos Filho has counselled on the first IPO of an O&G company in 10 years in Brazil

Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados advised 3R Petroleum Óleo e Gás S.A. on its Initial Public Offering of common shares.

The offer consisted of primary distribution of initially 28,571 shares. 429 new common shares issued by 3R Petroleum Óleo e Gás S.A. in the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the non-organized over-the-counter market, and was coordinated by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários SA. Also involved Banco BTG Pactual SA, Banco Itaú BBA SA and Genial Investimentos Corretora de Valores Mobiliários SA.

Mattos Filho team was led by partners Giovani Loss (pictured left) and Vanessa Fiusa (pictured right), and invoved associates Ralff Barilli, Yasmin Karam Tomaino and Luiza Motta Rodrigues.
