Mattos Filho advises BW Energy on the acquisition of clusters offshore
Mattos Filho advised BW Energy on the acquisition of Golfinho and Camarupim Clusters from Petrobras for up to USD 75 million.
The transaction involved the acquisition of 100% of Petrobras’ participating interest in such clusters, including pipelines and other infrastructure, as well as 65% of Petrobras’ participating interest in Block BM-ES-23.
