Mattos Filho advises Cencosud on deal with Supermercados BH
Mattos Filho advised Cencosud Brasil on the transfer of its operations under the flagship “Bretas” in the State of Minas Gerais to Supermercados BH, comprised of 54 super/hypermarkets, 8 gas stations and 1 distribution center, for a price of BRL 716 million.
The transaction is subject to the verification of conditions precedent usual for transactions of this size, including the approval of the Brazilian antitrust authorities (CADE).
