Mattos Filho Advogados advised Lojas Quero-Quero S.A. on its first FIDIC issue of BRL300 million
Mattos Filho Advogados assisted Lojas Quero-Quero in the restricted distribution of 5th and 6th series senior quotas of the first (1st) issue of Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios – Verdecard, in the total amount of BRL300,000,000.00.
The issue was carried out in accordance with CVM Instruction 476. The restricted offer was intermediated by Banco Itaú BBA S.A., acting as lead coordinator.
Mattos Filho’s partners were Frederico Kerr Bullamah (pictured) and associates César Matteus Rizzo da Silva, Larissa Barbosa Souza.
