Mattos Filho advises on Brava Energia’s debenture issue

Mattos Filho advised on the public offering of debentures from the 9th issuance, in single tranche, of the unsecured type, to be converted into the secured type, of Brava Energia, in the total amount of BRL 2,786,850,000.00.

The offering was coordinated by Banco Bradesco BBI with proceeds being used towards the redemption of the 4th issuance of debentures issued by 3R Potiguar and remaining proceeeds going towards liability management.

Mattos Filho represented Brava Energia and Banco Bradesco BBI and relied on partners Frederico Kerr Bullamah, Giovani Loss and Pablo Sorj (pictured from left to right), associates Henrique Kasai e Renê Naimeg.
