Mattos Filho Advogados advised Oncoclínicas do Brasil Serviços Médicos S.A. on the acquisition of 84% of Complexo Hospitalar Uberlândia (UMC).
The transation was through Multihemo Serviços Médicos, a subsidiary of the company in the amount of R$242,159,245.12.
