Mattos Filho advised Porto Seguro Serviços e Comércio S.A. in the acquisition of 13.5% of Petlove
Porto Seguro bought 13.5% of Petlove and created Porto.Pet. The operation aims to expand the company’s business to new fronts.
Mattos Filho assisted Porto Seguro in structuring, preparing and negotiating the contribution of Porto Pet Administração de Planos de Saúde Animal S.A. to Petlove Cayman Ltda.
It also assisted in the preparation and negotiation of the related commercial partnership that will be formed between Porto Seguro and Petlove.
The Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados team had the collaboration of partners Camila Leal Calais (pictured left), Paula Vieira de Oliveira pictured centre), Gil Falleiros Mendes (pictured right) and associates Gustavo Gumier Motta, Tamara Duarte de Oliveira and Bruna Gabriele de Sousa Caixeta.
