Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga advised the shareholders of Andrade da Silva Participações S.A. and Mendes da Silva Participações S.A, the controlling companies of the hospital, outpatient, clinical and diagnostic imaging services of Grupo São Domingos, in the acquisition of a 40% stake in Neuro Imagens Ltda.
