Mattos Filho advises Stellantis and Teksid on the sale of Tupy
Mattos Filho Advogados advised Stellantis N.V. and Teksid S.p.A. in the sale of 100% of the iron foundry business of Stellantis’ group to Tupy S.A.
Stellantis N.V. (new denomination of FCA, following the merger with Peugeot) and Teksid S.p.A. sold 100% of the iron foundry business of Stellantis’ group to Tupy S.A. for the amount of €67,500,000.00 euros.
The closing of the transaction is subject to the completion of certain conditions precedent, including a corporate reorganization of the Stellantis group in order to segregate the iron foundry business.
