Mattos Filho advises Stone on R$2.5 million investment in Banco Inter

Mattos Filho represented StoneCo Ltd. on the R$2,500,000,000.00 investment in Banco Inter S.A

Mattos Filho advised the machine company Stone on its R$2.5 billion investment in Banco Inter.

With the contribution, the company will hold up to 4.99% of the capital of Inter, which will make a primary share offering to be launched under the terms of CVM Regulation 476/200.

Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados had partners Pedro Whitaker de Souza Dias (pictured top left), Daniel Calhman de Miranda (pictured centre left), Luciana Pietro Lorenzo (pictured bottom left), Amadeu Carvalhaes Ribeiro (pictured centre), Marcio Soares (pictured top right), Bruno Mastriani Simões Tuca (pictured centre right) and Andrea Bazzo Lauletta (pictured bottom right).
