Mattos Filho advises Winity on its issuance of simple debentures
Mattos Filho advised Winity on its 2nd issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, secured, with additional personal guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution
The issuance had the following collateral: fiduciary sale of shares and quotas of the issuer, One Propriedades and Winity Infraestrutura, subject to a condition; fiduciary sale of shares of Winfra Connect SPE, subject to a condition; and fiduciary assignment of the Direct Subsidiaries and Winfra Connect, subject to a condition.
The transaction value was BRL 320 million.
